In case of a defect that you did not cause while the unit is still under warranty please do the following:
- Read the FAQ regarding your unit and try to find a solution of your problem.
- Check if you did operate the unit correctly or if it might be a problem with other hardware (for instance by testing your unit in another networking environment).
- In case you are not able to solve the problem and you are located in Germany you should send us your unit for repair. Please make sure it is well packed. (International customer: Please contact the shop where you bought the unit)
In case you need to return the unit please include the following papers:
- A comprehensive problem description
- A copy of your buying invoice / receipt

- Unpaid shipments will not be accepted!
- User caused defects or units out of warranty may not be free of costs. In such cases please provide us with the maximum price you are willing to repair your unit for. Take in consideration that a COD shipping fee of abt. 12€ will be added to your repair costs!
- International repair shipments will only be handled directly in special cases. Such shipments have to be discussed with our support before sending the unit!
